Senior year is an important milestone, and one that deserves more than a cookie-cutter approach. These may be the last professional portraits you have of your child as a young adult. Don't panic...but the next ones could very likely be taken at the wedding. From wardrobe consultation to final delivery, it's my job to take the stress out of senior pictures.

The Details

If you're anything like me, you want these portraits to showcase your senior's unique personality without looking like someone else's over-the-top version of what your son or daughter should look like. You won't find any crazy poses or extreme makeup here.

My style is consistent from session to session and sibling to sibling - timeless, yet fun, senior pictures that you and your senior will be proud to share.

I'm pretty sure teenagers spend a good part of high school wondering if they have what it takes. Maybe it's whether they're athletic enough, popular enough, smart enough...and in this day and age of everyone posting their "perfect lives" on social media, it can be overwhelming to keep up and feel like you measure up. 

You can show your high school senior what you've known all along--your senior is uniquely amazing. Make it an event! Have brunch or dinner after the session, and let this experience be something you both will remember.

Your portraits, perfected

  • Shana will talk with you about options and the clothing pieces and colors that will work best for these portraits and for your senior.

  • This is an experience that you and your senior will never forget. Shana recommends adding on brunch or dinner to spend just a little more time together one-on-one with your busy senior. With Shana’s experience as a photographer for more than 20 years, she knows just how to showcase your senior’s unique personality in the vibrant, classic style that is her signature style.

  • Shana meets with each client for these in-studio appointments that include a projected slideshow of all the beautiful moments from the session. Together, you will narrow down the options to the portraits you love the most for the custom album. You will also be able to see portraits on the wall in different sizes and with different frames. With her virtual design software, you can see these options on your own wall from a simple photo taken with your phone. Clients love this part of the process.

  • It’s time for the big reveal! Shana’s assistant will personally deliver orders to your home when they are ready. Wall portraits are ready to display, and the custom albums are ready to be unboxed. For out of town clients, we will arrange for shipping.
